April 28, 2004 European Society of Clinical Pharmacy/ American College of Clinical Pharmacy in Paris, France. Lisa Dolovich and Connie Sellors presented findings from the SMART Project.

May 25, 2004 Australian-Canada Conference on Population Health entitled "Innovation Through Interaction" in Ottawa. Barbara Farrell presented on behalf of the IMPACT Project. Health care researchers and policy makers attended the conference.
